Another "4x4" track with some dark elements. I'm apparently on a tear with these things lately.
I've pretty much made up my mind now that 500 days will the end of this project. 500 Days is an Opus, no matter how you slice it.

Day 458: Like Plastik
An unintentionally influenced track that reminds me a lot of Plastikman.
Had a good day at the Nashville Zoo today. The dinosaurs are back. The kids loved it. Only one meltdown, and that was when we were leaving (to be expected).
Just trying to to keep it together for another 41 days.
Cheers.

Day 391: A Simple example
Today's track is a simple example made using the "No 32" refill by Patrick Sharpe. It's an exquisitely modeled refill of the Roland SH-32 synth. I created 3 or 4 combinator patches which I will share with Patrick once I have enough to make it worth the trouble of him releasing an update with more sounds.
Please enjoy.

Day 96: Serial Killers and Synthesizers
I just wanted to see how interesting I could make a piece if I only used the Series 1 and 2 synth modules by Ochen K. I thought it was pretty interesting so I finished it out and added some more production value to it.
The lyrics were inspired by a TV show. Most serial killers take a long time to get up to their first kill. I was thinking about that and how a killer would stalk their victim, that they might even just watch them for a long time. Like a cat playing with its prey. This is the story of someone who sees their future victim on a couple of different occasions and just follows them home, watching them, observing, relishing in their perceived "power".
Lyrics:
I caught you walking in the streets last night,
In the shadows, just out of sight.
I think I followed you home,
I don't know but I think I followed you home.
Watched you,
Thru the window,
While you were getting ready for bed.
That's all that happened this time.
