Day 321: Darkest of Washes

In the bleakest hours, when the hero has everything and everyone against him, he doubts his power.  Is all lost?

No.

Day 209: Don't be afraid

Sounds by Frank Lucas and Simon Janvier.  Dark synths awash in reverb.

Lyrics:
You said "This party's about to start,"
As you loaded your gun "who wants to take part?"
"Put your hands up in the air if you do."
"Why don't you come along?"
From me to you.

You said you haven't done this before,
I said "Here, let me show you the door."
"Why don't you come along?"
From me to you.
You said "Which way is out?"
I said "You don't have to shout."
"Come on,"
From me to you.

This is not a gift at all,
This is a way to fall.
