Day 149: Waiting Politely

Trying to get to the point where I could upload today's track was a challenge.  It's about, surprise, people not waiting, or being unable to wait.  I'm definitely including myself in the category of impatient people.  I've been chomping at the bit to work on this piece for hours now.

Lyrics:
Please wait a minute, I'm almost done.
Just give me a chance, then you'll have one.
I don't know why you can't wait at all.
Just wait.
Waiting for the fall.

Day 148: Now You

This track features my son on piano.  He's 7 months old and loves to bang on the keys.  The rest of the noise is daddy.

Day 147: Glitcher's Delight

A little goofing around with Beatchop, Buffre, and post-rock.  Lyric's inspired by Rapper's Delight.

Lyrics:
Don't push our heads,
cause we're close to the edge.
Don't push us back,
cause we're trying to carry on.

Day 146: Waiting for the Reverb to End

I can't really remember what my initial plan was when I started this track.  I think I wanted to do something with long reverb and maybe I was going to add guitars?  The intention might have been a slow-core song.  Whatever the case, that's long passed.  It ended up being what you hear today.

Lyrics:
Now, we wait.
How long do you have?

Day 145: Hammer Away

All things industrial,
All things noise,
So much fun,
For all the boys.

All things soaked,
In lengthy reverb,
Scary noises and sounds,
Not meant to disturb.

We seek to entertain,
But for a moment or two,
I present this piece,
Created just for you.

Day 144: Cutting Thru

Exploring "organic electronic" sounds and a less structured (read: less copy and paste) approach to the electronic/ambient-ish instrumental.

Day 143: Walking the Halls

An ambient piece that explores some dark alleys, noisy passage ways, and shadowy places.  A quick jaunt rather than a marathon.
